This view excludes employee information and extraneous detail from Cityworks that does not pertain to In-House Street Sweeping. This is a record of every work order captured in the Cityworks program pertaining to sweeping in the City of Mesa. By querying all of the work order records in order to find only the sweeping work orders and organizing by date, we are able to determine if every sweeping route has been revisited within one month.

This view has been redacted for public use including employee and customer information such as name, address and geo location. Information about the City's Surplus Program which disposes of city surplus property in a timely manner and capture best remaining value of these surplus items.

This dataset is used to track vandalism costs in PRCF’s park system using data from our work order management system called Cityworks. This dataset includes the type of vandalism, where the vandalism occurred, and a breakdown of all costs associated with cleaning it up (labor, materials, and equipment). Other information includes the dates pertaining to the work order and the status.

This public version redacts the "Initiated By" field.

This version redacts all sensitive information including who the case was submitted to, who was dispatched, actual location of the incident, and the geocoded location of the incident. The data documented in the table below is the information related to each emergency call that is received by Energy Resources. The data serves as the official record for each call and is used for various things such as determining response time, tracking call volume and ultimately serving as the official record of a response if any questions should arise about how Energy Resources handled an emergency call.

The list of sewer lines that are cleaned and/or inspected by month. Includes the location and number of miles cleaned or inspected. Inspections are accomplished with CCTV and acoustic technologies while cleaning uses a pressure washer to clean the inside of the pipe. The work is completed by City of Mesa crews and contractors. Contractor data is summarized.
