This dataset quantifies the number of Emergency Food Bags (EFB) packaged at the Mesa Convention Center in Partnership with United Food Bank as part of the Mesa Cares Feeding Mesa Program. Prepared EFB’s are delivered to United Food Bank for redistribution to their recipient agencies. This dataset represents the average satisfaction of the PEX class trainings provided by the Performance Excellence group within the Office of Management and Budget. The data comes from the surveys provided by the Management Assistant of OMB, who sends them out within 24 hours of each training. The survey is based on a rating of Strongly Agree to Strongly Disagree. If the responses are Agree or Strongly Agree, the training is considered successful. All other data is considered partial percentage of failure.

The percent of inventory value/level stored in the warehouse is accurate and is verified by using daily blind physical counts. This is calculated by annualizing the gross amount of discrepancies and dividing it by the inventory value: Inventory Accuracy Rate =1-(Gross Discrepancies*12/Inventory value). This dataset represents the average number of business days it takes to process electronic requests from external departments to modify capital project budgets in the FIN system by the capital projects group within the Office of Management and budget.
