This filtered view sums and aggregates by issue year the values of all commercial building permits issued since January 1, 2018 by permit type: Other Commercial (job value), Tenant Improvements (job value) and New Construction (ICC value). Combines values from these 3 summary views: New Construction, Tenant Improvements and Other Commercial Projects.

This view of building inspections is based on a parent dataset. Some fields contained in the full dataset are redacted here due to sensitivity concerns including the name of the building inspector and the requester name. Also other fields are redacted because they are system generated and not used by staff.

Administrative reviews are typically modifications to previously approved site plans, design review cases, or work on property within an established historic district or historic landmark (a certificate of appropriateness) by completing the required application.
