This version redacts all sensitive information including who the case was submitted to, who was dispatched, actual location of the incident, and the geocoded location of the incident. The data documented in the table below is the information related to each emergency call that is received by Energy Resources. The data serves as the official record for each call and is used for various things such as determining response time, tracking call volume and ultimately serving as the official record of a response if any questions should arise about how Energy Resources handled an emergency call.

Water consumption data by service account, also known as premise, for the last 14 months. Please note that some large water customers may have more than one service account (for example Mesa Public Schools and Gilbert Public Schools have multiple Premise/Service Accounts). This dataset includes redactions to protect customer privacy. See Redactions and Definitions in the Attachments section for more information.

A randomized premise code was generated to uniquely identify each service account across all 14 billing periods. However, this premise code does not match the actual code used by customers or the billing system.
